Inspired by Vic “The Trader” Bergeron who created Cuban inspired fusion restaurants in the 1960’s, The Hilton, Park Lane Branch of Trader Vic’s is one of 17 locations around the world. They specialise in exotic cuisine and a selection of over 200 of the Trader’s original cocktails, not to mention being home to the original Mai Tai! This little taste of paradise also brings the party with DJ sets from Friday – Sunday when it is open till late, so you can dance your way into the night.
