THE BREWERY EXPERIENCE

Spend the day brewing beer with the head brewer! There’s nothing quite like rolling up your sleeves and getting involved when it comes to learning about the magic behind brewing a beer… The day lasts approximately 7 hours and includes breakfast, lunch and a chance to sample 8 different beers – including all of the beers we brew right here on-site in the microbrewery! And at the end of the day will you will get a certificate to prove your brewing prowess AND a 5 Litre mini keg of your chosen B&K brewed beer to take home.

THE BEER & FOOD MATCHING EXPERIENCE

Intensify the flavour with our Beer & Food Matching Experience; from citrusy American hop varieties to caramel malts and chocolatey stouts, the world of beer contains many flavours which can match beautifully with food.

Drink on arrival then choose three small dishes from the set-menu and enjoy a one-third pint of recommended beer with each dish to intensify the flavour. The beers are specifically chosen for their complementary factors and are introduced by a beer expert. Dessert is a sharing chocolate and cask ale fondue alongside a one-third pint of stout. You will be given a scorecard to allow you to make notes of your favourite pairings.
