Nestled in a former Chinese takeaway, the venue features a network of glazed brick, stripped paint walls, wooden floors and a mish-mash selection of tables, chairs and lampshades to create a truly unique vibe. Ruby's cocktail menu has been specially designed to complement the character of the bar, with the signature cocktail Blackberry Mojito served in an original 1940's Manchester milk bottle, and the passion fruit Bison Vodka Juleps served in a tin cup.
